★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, the experience was what I would expect at a luxury dealership. The employees were very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is with the service advisor I had. I asked for only a rear alignment to be completed as where I had purchased the vehicle used had already performed a front alignment. I had now a second full alignment performed (along with the needed rear alignment) twice and I have now doubled the cost of the alignment. I also asked for getting the maps updated from the 2016 version I have as many places are outdated and the service advisor stated she would get a quote. I went back when my vehicle was ready, service advisor was on the phone and handed me off to the front desk personnel … and got my large bill AND no quote for the maps. I incorrectly assumed that maybe the maps were updated but without the service advisor even explaining the charges I left a little frazzled. Maybe they assume since I now own a BMW, I have lots of money to spend without explanation???

Worked with Nick Crowder. awesome guy! went out of his way to make sure that I got the number I was looking for my trade. 5 stars to Nick and all-in-all it was a pleasant and hassle free experience working with Nick and the team. I wouldn't have second thoughts buying my next BMW from here.

He kept in touch as new stock arrived at the dealership that may have been of interest to us. My service experience has also been good at the store over the past few years (both BMW and Mini). Highly recommend the store and Nick as a salesperson.

He is incredibly knowledgeable about his work, the market, and his vehicles. BMW gave me the best appraisal value for my trade in, and were 100% honest about everything. If you're considering going to Kelowna BMW, just go.
Update: 2 weeks after writing this review, I went back and got a new BMW from Calvin. I've been enjoying the place every chance I get
