T	Tyler d on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever are feeling that you are having to good of a day but need an auto part try Lordco on Dilworth. I called about a battery.. I was asked " Can I hold a sec?" well I could so I did I stayed on the line for 4 minutes but had to go. 10 minutes later I tried again. I was once again asked " Can you hold a sec" I agreed. this time it was over 12.5 minutes. (I was on my lunch break). I hung up and called right back. I was asked " Can I please hold?" I said no. They put me on hold anyway. I hung up and called again tried to explain how long I had been put on hold and the person I was speaking to said it would be a moment without letting me finish my sentence. If your time is money do not waste your time.

K	Kris Kutny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashiers need an attitude adjustment. Apparently if you find what you're looking for on the shelf (ie: Oil) and take it to the cashiers, they get quite nasty. Must be some sort of additional burden for them.
J	Jonathan Bryson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought LED lights to replace my halovens. Tbey didnt work after being assured by the salesman they would. I put un Philips Crystalvision bulbs instead. Paid $75 for them. One burned out after 3 weeks. They wont replace the bulbs even though they have a 1 year warranty. Im done with this place. I thought Canadian Tire was bad......
S	Scythe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like kris said. It seems like the front cashiers want nothing to do with you unless you talk to someone in the back. Even then they don’t seem happy to help you at all.. the people in the back are usually great though
J	Jason Chad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girl with purple hair very rude and uncomfortable to be around. I go to Lordco for all my auto needs and the one time I needed to make a simple return she became very unpleasant. I'll try other options before going back to that store.

Guys at the back are super helpful and front staff are friendly with check out. This is definitely my go to shop for parts and repairs. Highly recommended.
