★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drove for 2.5 hours to trade in our truck and get a new to us car. Not a single person came to greet, our sales person was pretty much non existent, there was barely any thank you... not a great experience. I will say that Dave in the back was pretty great and helpful, thank goodness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ March 2022 - F150 purchase. Big shout out to Pete, Taylor, and Dave. This was the most fun I ever had buying a new truck! Although it was challenging for them to find me my new truck they managed to take my order and make delivery within 2 weeks!!! My truck was even a day early. Even In this tight market this team can preform miracles and keep things fun. Loving my new truck guys and looking forward to connecting during my service visits. To anyone else that was told “No” there is no chance to get into a truck before Christmas - give Taylor a call, he will get you into a truck fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had excellent customer service in the parts department. We communicated by email to start. I started with my car year model and cereal number. This made it fairly easy for them to find the parts I needed then very quickly they bought them in. Good job by the parts department.
Also a great show room if you're interested in buying a new vehicle.

Chris Clyne was my Salesman and from the first minute he worked hard to get me out of my truck and into something affordable and they did that! Fast forward 3 years and today I picked up my brand new and affordable 2021 F150 XLT. Chris and Dave (Finance Guy) worked hard to get me the best deal on my trade in and also for the truck. It was a great experience all around. Super friendly staff and quick service. If your in the market for a new vehicle I will highly recommend Chris Clyne and the guys and gals at Lincoin Ford!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feb 2021 I purchased a new Ford F150; my sales person was Kyle and it was the easiest, smoothest purchase transaction I've witnessed. Fast forward to December 28, 2021 I had an issue where the drivers side windshield wiper stopped functioning as a result of the heavy snow / ice. The service area was completely booked but Kyle worked with the service department to get my truck in and and get the work completed that same day. On top of that Kyle was able to give me a courtesy vehicle so I could go about my day.
My personal experiences with all the Kelowna Lincoln dealership team have been exceptional. Thank you Kyle and to all the Kelowna Ford Lincoln team!
