I was given a timetable of the work to be done, and they stuck to it. I appreciated the care they took and the daily clean up. Tyler's design ideas were very helpful and really "made" my kitchen and ensuite. Recommend for sure!!

I could tell immediately that they respect their client’s budget. Todd and Tyler listened carefully to my wish list and guided me through some design revisions and improvements that met my budget. Throughout the entire project, they kept me involved, informed and up to date. There were no major unpleasant surprises or unexpected costs. All Tyto’s sub trades and suppliers were professional, courteous and the quality of their workmanship was high. They finished on time, within budget and I am thrilled with the quality of finish and the completed project. I would not hesitate to hire Tyto Construction & Management again or recommend them to others.

By the conclusion of 2020, I knew the home really needed and deserved some updates. Enter TYTO Construction! I was pretty apprehensive about the idea of a large-scale renovation; concerned about all the possible complications, spiraling costs, and challenging decisions that would need to be made. Very early on, it was clear I had made an excellent choice in TYTO Construction. Tyler and Todd listened carefully to my needs and wants through the planning stages. They presented a design that included some selection (without being overwhelming), using beautiful materials that were available, on budget, and of an enduring quality. Tyler and Todd were easy to work with, and made sure I was well-informed throughout the process. Finally, I must say that the quality of the work offered by TYTO is really above and beyond. They made sure every detail was completed in the highest standard, representative of their brand. My home was transformed, and I really can’t thank the TYTO team enough for caring as much about my home as I do. If you are considering a renovation/building project, I would highly recommend entrusting the project to this caring and highly skilled outfit! Thank you!

They communicated very well throughout the whole process, the quote was accurate and the work was completed on time and perfectly! We are over the moon happy with our bathroom renovation and the other smaller projects they did for us. These guys are trustworthy and honest, I had no problem leaving them at my home working while I was out. They cleaned up ever night before they left so the construction mess was kept to a minimum (much appreciated!) If you are looking for a construction team make sure you give these guys a call, they will come by and give you a quote and Tyler had some amazing ideas for our project that I would have never thought of, so his knowledge is a real asset.

Todd and Tyler were a pleasure to work with and professional in all aspects. TYTO installed our backsplash in our newly remodeled kitchen and designed and installed a new custom millwork fireplace wall. Tyler worked with us on multiple designs for the wall, providing us with different options with associated costs. After choosing an option they quickly built and installed the wall with very little intrusion into our daily life and they stayed on budget. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional ! We started with a large renovation which involved, new flooring; hardwood, tile, carpet on two levels, two complete bathrooms remodels and a facelift for another. Custom built ins for an office and great room which included a fireplace facelift. Using reclaimed fir that we had on hand, Tyler created a custom desk and shelving for a home office for my husband. He created the most amazing final touches which included helmet stands and ‘wrench’ holders to mount a vintage bike on the wall. The creativity and craftsmanship is outstanding. From start to finish they are one of the best companies I’ve worked with in any industry. Professional, organized, helpful, honest and efficient. They ensure everything is done properly and to a very hight standard. Scheduling and communication were excellent. I will never use anyone else moving forward. In fact I had some custom shelving/displays created for my business and again the project was a great experience. Thank you Tyler and Todd for the amazing work you do!
