★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peak must hire the bottom of the barrel or pay peanuts. The new lot on 90/120 is currently under construction and there has been nothing but problems since. Workers parking in private driveways, litter from construction site continues to pile up off site, workers litter every day with breakfast and lunch, Delta police were called after one worker made a death threat with a knife....What a zoo. Safety is not a concern for us locals as they continually unload trucks with no flaggers as we try to safely walk by or drive by. After numerous calls to head office with no results I called Delta bylaw and things seem better. I guess the parking tickets and bylaw infractions did the job. Peak should be more proactive and concerned with complaints from local citizens

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars. They don't pay their bills to suppliers/vendors. At least not to our trucking company where they hired services and neglected to pay. We were put through hoops for over a year, just to settle for half the bill to stay out of court. We now refuse to work with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was parked in a parking lot next to a site they were working on in white rock and there safety coordinator came up to me out of the blue and started tearing a strip off of me because I had my truck and trailer parked in a neighbor parking lot. Not her lot not her spot but she felt the need to approach me cussing and cursing and a hostile attitude. Very unprofessional my business has absolutely nothing to do with her business.
