★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an awesome experience working with Vinod and his amazing team. He was very professional, responsive and a great listener taking into account our timing, questions and family needs. He also clearly explained our options and helped us list in just the right way and at the right price, in the midst of a volatile market. On top of that he was an endless resource for whatever we needed from contractor arrangements for getting our place prepared, to his own team of staging professionals like interior designer and photographer etc. Key to this was helping us prioritize any updates for maximum effect while minimizing cost. The presentation was so well done that in the end our townhouse sold in less than a week, significantly over asking, and at a historic high to that point for our complex! I wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend Vinod and his team and look forward to working with them in the future when the need arises.

Per inherited us after we initially started talking to another agent (different agency) that did not work out. My wife and I (and our four year old daughter) were trying to buy our first home.
I think it’s safe to say I’m not the easiest to work with. At our first meeting I laid it out for Ped - I wanted to work through the process in a collaborative way - I wanted to be involved, to understand if Ped was recommending a certain course of action why that was, what market factors we needed to consider and how we could find any small bit of leverage we could manage in such a competitive market.
Needless to say Ped went above and beyond. He not only walked us through every step of the way, answered every question, and dealt with my incessant need to be involved. He was patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and I could tell he genuinely cared about being part of such an important milestone in our lives. On top of that, he negotiated an amazing deal for us in the midst of the craziest housing market in my lifetime.

Then when we decided to relocate in 2021, Kim sold our home SO quickly & painlessly.
