★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lakewood built our complex in 2005. Their workmanship is horrid! There are several complexes built by them with multi million dollar lawsuits against them. Serious structural issues are a safety concern. The cost has been a tremendous burden to so many home owners! I will never purchase another Lakewood property.
