★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give less than 1 star if I could. I have tried for months to reach their accounting department regarding the reimbursement of a credit on the account. I've sent 4 emails, left numerous messages, and been kept on hold for 35 minutes before hanging up. The only time I did get to speak to someone, they said the reimbursement would be sent in 3 months. Well, it's past the 3 months and still no credit. Extremely poor service!
