★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very often most of the time you'll have to wait 30 mins or more for a elevator, there are 4 elevators and usually only 2 are working, and 1 is very slow. Most of the time people use stairs ( and it's dirty ) also this building doesn't kick out habitual noisy people.
