A	Angela Constantin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I currently live in a cottage at this resort and love it. The resort is going through some revamping so it’s not at its best yet but it’s still beautiful. The owners are incredible people. Very kind and helpful with any concerns. I see great potential once all the renovations are done and the restaurant is up and running. So many trails for hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, etc. Two separate lakes on either side of the highway for exploration. A boat launch is available. There is a nice big dock where you can lounge at the picnic tables, or lay out on a towel and tan and swim. Bring your paddle boards, kayaks, whatever and and checkout the shoreline. I would strongly recommend a stay at this resort if you’re looking for a peaceful experience and want to get in touch with Mother Nature.
R	Ruby D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out. Don’t pay 100% advance of your resort booking in advance. They take forever refund and you have to email/call several times. They even double book you. Read policy before. The security deposit is $250 but they charge $500. They can cancel your booking without notice, won’t pay you either right away. Unethical business practise. Not forthright. Never see owners name on website. Who are the owners of Twin Lakes Resort, Minden, Ontario? I want to speak to owners directly.
W	William Ribaric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent views , cottages very well equipped , incredible dock for hanging out at the beach area , the rentals are very reasonably priced , but most important are your hosts. Julia goes out of her way to make sure you have a good time. Whatever you need , Julia is there. Thanks for making our short stay very enjoyable ! Keep up the great work !!!! We will be back.

The beach was kept so clean, the cabins were lovely, the view from our cabin was breathtaking. Thank you so much!!! Susan and my girls
C	Claire P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The accommodations were very clean and well-equipped. However, Hwy 35 which has a speed limit of 80 km/h, runs through the property. The cottages are less than 200 m from the highway, so it can get quite loud even at night. In addition, unless you are staying in one of the lakefront cabins, you would have to cross the highway to get to the lake. Beware if you have children or pets.
M	Marlene Pereira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked Cabin 4 for the weekend and loved it! The view was beautiful! Cabin is well equipped and comfortable. Julia was amazing, we are happy to find some a nice cozy resort, already planning our next trip out.

Lakeside picnic table and fire pit elevated the stay - Communal dock is welcoming and beach access a bonus - Julia and staff are accommodating and respond quickly to requests and fixes, like sliding door not working in cabin 7 and kitchen outlet not working in cabin 6 - WiFi is good and strong Cons: - It's really close to the highway, like literally next to it so at times traffic could be heard at night (though we got used to it) - Utensils and cookware were a mishmash and our BBQ didn't work which likely happens overtime from use. Luckily we made everything work between our 2 cabins - The main downfall was the beds in cabins 6 and 7 were double and NOT queen size as advertised. We're two tall people with me being 8 months pregnant during our stay so unfortunately didn't get a single good night sleep. But for those less picky or used to camping, may not be an issue
V	Vicky Merchant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a chance to visit this last week. We were the Cabin 2, which is good enough for 6 people (2 bedroom). The pictures on their website are very descriptive, and does reflect on what you can expect. Julia and her family were great hosts. Her mom is really friendly and will tell you the places to go in the area. The property, the beach area is well kept. They took time to clear the beach area of stones, etc which made is absolutely safe for kids. They do offer stuff for rent as well. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Will definitely visit this place again. Too bad that I wasn't able to catch any fish :(
