Great lakeside swimming (across the road ) had a blast with family and friends - playing volleyball, by the campfire, ping pong, canoe... Accommodations need major updates. Limited space/kitchen incomplete and crowded living room eating area. One small old pullout couch/ old carpet dingy/ walls look like painted drywall several decades old. Bad smell in bedroom without screens and ventilation. It was difficult to eat there- lost my appetite. Pretty exterior colours . . . friendly owners. A diamond in the rough.

This year we have again been there twice in June and July respectively and again heading for during the coming long week-end. Just go and see for your self the beautiful cottage and chill on its deck with a mesmerizing view of the 12 mile lake. Last but not the least, hats off to the owners who are so friendly and have enabled us all as group to have a quality time 2gether. Thanks a lot and keep up the consistent total quality management.

They have all enjoyed their stays immensely and continue to return to this great resort! It is by far the cleanest resort we have ever been too as well, and we have been to many cottage resorts in our travels with our family of 5. The hosts are so accomodating and friendly. I commend the hosts for doing such a great job and accomodating soooo many different types of guests and personalities. I would recommend this resort to absolutely anyone who loves being up north in a clean, friendly and caring environment. The grounds, lake and beach are all kept beautiful for the guests to enjoy! Can't wait to go back.

Our experience there has been fabulous...we enjoy the cottages...the hosts and the relaxing environment. We have made friends there and both of our families go there the same time every year. We will continue to have our summer holiday there and look forward to another enjoyable time next year. Thanks Lori and Rob, you have made Tall Pines our vacation of choice.

My husband and I have visited Tall Pines twice now, and both times have been amazing! The cottages are extremely clean, even the cupboards...yes I look...and we will continue to return yearly, as it has become "our" spot. The owners are wonderful people who work very hard to keep everyone happy! We love them! If you haven't had the blessing of this most amazing location, you really must go! Honestly breath taking!

We came here with a big group of over 22 people and have been blown out with these cottages! They are just across the lovely lake, have a fantastic deck on the lake, canoes, playrooms and games!! The owner Viraf, his wife Zenobia and their family are lovely and friendly people!! The washrooms are extremely clean, there is barbecue to enjoy too!! We would definitely come back again!!

They provide you everything in the cottage from a fully stocked kitchen with dished and cutlery to cable TV to a propane BBQ. There is a recreation room where you can play lots of card games and ping pong. Not to mention, the water activities you can do kayaking, canoeing, paddle boating, etc. You can even do a bonfire at night. For swimming, the water is great and clean. An added bonus is that Kawathra Ice Cream is nearby and open late! And lastly, the owners are very humble and respectful. They make your stay all the much better. Definitely our go-to cottage now!!
