Turnip has been fantastic with us. Our door lock's buttons stopped lighting up so they came and replaced it with a different lock, which then stopped locking. They came and replaced it again, for the third time without charge, and ensured our new lock was working perfectly. We are very delighted. They tracked down a lock that satisfied our requirements at no extra cost. Chad and Devin were the technicians that came, and both were very friendly and personable. We really feel very well treated by them, and appreciated as customers. We are so glad we moved from the famous orange company, who used to make us do our installs on our own. Getting in touch with Devin and Chad was super easy, and they were quick to come and help us .Thank you Turnip!

I am beyond ecstatic to have transitioned to Turnip Home for my home security. The service has been excellent and the quality of the products are amazing. The APP is my favourite. Super easy to set up and even easier to use. The installer, Devin was fantastic! He was great with my new puppy, quick, efficient and so wonderful to talk to. Such an amazing experience! I had been thinking of home security for a while now and this young man comes up telling my partner about Turnip. At first I wasn’t sure as I hadn’t researched but the more Matt talked about the company and what they do, the hardware and everything in between, I thought for sure I needed this product. With low rates, and he even got the office side to help us out with the installation fee (being a family of 9, it wasn’t something we could swing at that moment in time). But he pushed and he got us this amazing home security that’s super easy and manageable and with such great customer service; I highly recommend ?

From the original phone calls, emails, site consultation and home installation of the security system - the team at Turnip have been great. Chad, Ryan & Trent were helpful and committed to provide good service and good workmanship. The equipment is nice and the phone app is quite intuitive in how to use the system.
