★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication with SRG is sub-par. They were quick to contact and arrange a recruiting interview, but after telling me that they would submit my name to the company, I heard NOTHING from them. It would be common courtesy to at least let the applicant know whether the company is considering them or not -- a quick email only takes a few seconds. And when I called and emailed to follow up on an application, NO REPLY. I am not impressed -- the fact that they cannot be bothered to reply to an email or a message tells me that I am not valued by them.
