★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the food is amazing better than most good people get at home. But the staff are completely useless and are just there to clock in and clock out. They offer nothing to improve your situation dispite what they promise. I was there for two month and it was just all around a hopeless environment that the workers could have improved of they actual cared. It is a place to stay but that is it, they wont help you more than that despite getting government funding to do that exact thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clearly needs new management. This place is weak. Breakfast wasn't even breakfast. They jus threw some bread and frozen waffles on the table and said bon appetit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the last youth shelter that I would advise homeless youth to stay at. Each room is crammed up spacewise and includes 8 youth...all in the same room. More than half the time, the whole second floor and each room smells like either dirty feet or drugs. Drug use increases here. Recently homeless youth with mental health problems have high chances of becoming addicted to crystal meth. As far as staffing goes, there is no empathetic relation from staff to youth, whereas, at many other shelters, the staff are good with empathetic and understanding skills. I would know this, as being a resident here several times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So they don’t serve breakfast or lunch just a nasty dinner there’s 4 people in one room the rooms are small an stinky ur curfew is 10:30 here’s no smoke breaks ur not allowed to have food in the rooms so idk what ur gonna eat I guess u starve the staff are all old creepy while men this place needs to shut down
