find reasons why a person doesn't qualify for services. There are plenty of office staff hired to prevent people from accessing service when the funds should go directly to providing housing and support services. Nobody really wants to do any work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been applying for mental health and housing support for eight years. Every year they have me start a new file and refuse to offer ANY SUPPORT WHATSOEVER. The only person I know that was successful finding subsidized housing from this location did so by paying the manager at this location $500. They are selling subsidized housing to their friends and family and denying services to everyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish they would update there "estimates" on their website. When I call they phone rep states over 10 years wait list for supportive housing. The website gives numbers upto 5 years. Additionally, I believe the entire "mental health service" providers have set the bar way, way too high... they should know that people suffering with mental illness don't have the capacity to navigate through such a system.
