I placed an order on line 6 weeks ago. They charged my account but I have not received the product. They are not responding to emails. When you phone them, the representatives are all always busy and the mail box is always full and they promise to call back within a day......right..... Be careful ordering from this company. Update...NOW..the emails are being returned 'unroutableaddress'..... looks like I'm out $26.97.cdn...
