β β β β β I was order 8 days ago and there is no confirmation email or tracking number or any communication between us. They didnβt send me anything. I call them many times in different days and i left voice message but nobody call me back. I donβt know whatβs going happen. Donβt recommend anyone !!!

β β β β β I dealt with Turksih Bazzar & Turkish Mart for over 2 years, for many orders that it cost around 5K in total, in my last order 1 item was missing with cost of 3.8$, I asked them simply to refund it, nothing more.
Found that there is no reply from their side at all, and after 8 emails, they replied with criticism that they will check and get back to me, also mentioned that there is no free shipping to my area anymore.
Although not sure what is that related to my refund request.
After another many followup, they replied that a refund already made, I checked in details my PayPal account and credit card transactions and did not find any refund.
I mailed back confirming that no refund made, and them to initiate the refund, but found them sending a silly reply saying that the PayPal did not accept the refund and they will send it by cheque, and when send asking why not accepting, they replies with criticism email saying it is a wired world.
To me their refund represent nothing, but it is my right & even if it 1 cent, they have to give it back.
I did not ask for compensation for the missing item in the order, but I was expecting that they try to keep their relationship with their customer but it seems they prefer the 4 dollar over that.
I really very frustrated and do not recommend to deal with this merchant at all, not sure why when you become successful and your business is growing, you customer service level decrease and you do not care about your customers as before, very disappointed.
