About Trusty Auto Service
There was our first ever tutorial on July 27 for vehicle owners who want to know about vehicle maintenance. We’ve gone through what the vehicle maintenance is about and engine oil to dig into among other maintenance items as a starter. Below is the lecture material for your reference. I was treated very professionally and kindly. I was so concerned about the costs, looked it up, and they had an absolutely fair price for the work I needed. Mr. Don/owner explained all the works that needs to be done with my car, its really a huge repair but they've done it very well and very fast! they will keep in touch with you and give you an update from time to time, Mrs. Sunny the receptionist/owner is so friendly and very humble, I had no issues so far and plan to continue going to them for all our car needs. I highly recommend TRUSTY auto service as the best auto repair business that we've ever known in Regina.

Very accommodating with a last minute request to the work order as well. His pricing is on point and very fair. I will be more than glad to take my vehicles here for work in the future and refer friends and family.

They were incredibly honest, very well-priced, and informed me I didn't need nearly as much work done as my (now former) repair shop told me I needed. They saved me from overpaying for things that didn't need doing, and I'm so happy I found them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don and Sunny are the most amazing couple and Don does amazing work on cars quick and perfectly done. The shop rate is absolutely well priced and wouldn't take my car anywhere else to get work done. I had him swap my front left control arm, dust shields, bump stops, tires swapped to new rims and he got them all done in less than half a day. Thank you Don!

I usually do not leave reviews but I really have to say say how great this place is.
For those who enjoy details:
-You will truly get a service that goes beyong what you are paying for- The mechanic is experienced, fast, and will go out of his way to make sure you are driving safely. You can just tell he really cares.
-Front desk is nice and very professional. They treat you like a welcomed friend. (Thank you for the nice chat today ?)
-The waiting area is welcoming, has nice books to read, Coffee or tea, TV and a massaging chair!!
I was truly expecting to wait hours and hours
before having my issues fixed- this was not the case! My car was out in less than 2 hours and I ended up adding an oil change because the service was so great and professional.
I am one of those people who chooses one place and hopefully goes back for many years.
I have found my mechanic shop!!! ?
