He tried everything he could over those days to get the old thing running and get us heat while we waited for our new furnace. His efforts for us were outstanding. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated having Keith help us. He really went above and beyond trying to get that fossil of a furnace to give us some heat. Yesterday, keith and other Keith (lol) installed our brand new furnace (and hooked up a new thermostat we had) and holy!!! If it isn’t -32 this morning. We got so lucky!!! True North mechanical really pulled through for us and I will never hesitate to call them in the future! It means so so much to us! Thank you for making what’s important to us, important to you! And thanks again Keith! You’re seriously the best!

I got talking to Spencer from True North Mechanical and he gave me some troubleshooting tips that I could try myself before having a plumber stop by. I was able to locate and fix the leak and didn't end up having anyone stop by. Very professional and honest service from True North. Would definitely call them again!

Getting quotes was easy and extremely quick with great communication. Service Technicians were polite, professional and very tidy. They even took care of an issue with our furnace drains while they were there. Excellent all around service and very happy with our new AC.(Wife is too cold now!) Lol. The office staff and technicians were friendly and professional. The quote was honoured even after I made a mistake which resulted in them having to make some changes to work they had already completed. The techs were on time, tidy and did great work.
