Mr Rooter responded to our sewer backup immediately on a Friday evening. Garry was very professional and enthusiastic about his job. Took the time to do the job right & even came back on Monday to do some extra things. Highly recommend this company!!

I was looking for a plumber for a small job, called 2 other local plumbers first and both ignored me, either just not responding to my calls or saying they will call back but never did. I called Mr Rooter and i had a plumber at my house within an hour. Their customer service was excellent and the plumber was knowledgable and did a great job. I used them on a previous call when my hot water tank leaked. They were very quick to respond and was very professional. Would highly recommend.

We called around to a few plummers around town and we were told they weren't available until a few days past, but we're available at nights during the premium hours. Dustin came by shortly after and fixed our sink within an hour and the price was very fair. They will be our first call going forward, we highly recommend them!!!

-Not professional -low quality craftsmanship Jan 2022 My sewer backed up and insurance was called. Mr. Rooter was recommended and called by company doing clean-up/renos. Guy came out quickly, tried to unclog sewer line(2.5 hrs). He needed a camera, was gone by 4. (Called at 1030 am) Plumber showed up after 1 pm. Put camera in line, too much sediment, he will be back(30 mins) Returns after 5pm, still can't see, will return Called city in the morning they checked and cleared main city line with water. Justin was here at 330pm,gone in 15 mins Said it's still clogged and it's a a city problem packed his camera and left Had to find a plumber with proper equipment Feb2022 Justin was brought in again to hook the bathtub back up. That evening there was water leaking from the trap. Called main contractor. Next day Justin quickly pointed out old plumbing was not to code, quote 500 dollar to fix. The trap cap and union were not tightened when when I checked. March 2022 Contractor again used mr rooter to installed toilet and vanity. Apon inspection the toilet was leaking and was placed crooked to the wall. Contacted main contractor Justin said they don't fix that leak because it appears to be the tank and he could straightened the toilet for addition cost We declined and when leaving he reminded my mom that if she didn't make a payment on original bill that it would be send to collections . The 24hr emergency service company was nothing buy professional and easy to deal with. Mr rooter was very unprofessional and a waste of time. Justin seemed to be inexperienced and anything he worked on leaked. He could fix but at additional cost. This is a older home. Understandable with issues. Nothing was leaking before the sewer backed up. Avoid Mr rooter or it will cost you and the result will be poor craftsmanship. If you are have no choice but to use this company and Justin shows up to your door, I'd recommend locking it and calling anyone else.

I found Dustin to be very professional, punctual and knowledgeable about his job. He explained to me in detail what the repairs would consist of and gave me choices and answered all my questions. I would definitely use Dustin again and refer him to friends and family. Great job!

The repair men were great and the new sump was installed in a very short time frame with back up power. They even gave me a few service tips. They left the work site cleaner than when they found it and fixed a few deficiencis the original builder did not do correctly. Thanks again.
