★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with my furnace, called up these guys. Jason (owner I believe) came and looked at it. Did something right there and it works now. He said it was a small issue and wouldn't charge me. A++++++++ would recommend to all family and friends. Thanks Climate Control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away if you want good service. I am a retuning customer of climate control. I called them at the beginning of September to come and repair my garage heater, venting etc. 2 months after Norm came to take pictures and put together a quote i still have not heard anything back. I have followed up 5 times over the last 3 weeks and i still have not spoken to Norm. Finally on the 5th follow up call the lady at the front desk had someone to call me back, Jason the owner. He called only to tell me all his excuses on why nobody could call back for the last 2.5 months. Did not have any solutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey had some issues with my furnace as temps were starting to dip down here furnace would fire. Placed a call to the office and jason took the call (turns out he is owner) had a great experience as this was about 5:30 pm said he would stop by one his way home from the office. Which was around 6:15. My filter was dirty but had hit some limit switches that would let my furnace fire. After checking things out, resetting switches and giving the furnace a clean everything. Was back running and house was heating. Have also bought a few things from here A/C cover came in within a few days. Great local company will give the guys a call next time i need. thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The folks are Climate Control are the best. I am an extremely hard critic when it comes to services provide. However, Climate Control is to be commended for their excellent service. Jason, I want to recognize Norm and his helper for going over and beyond to help me. It took them only one day to replace my hot water thank. Contractors in Fort McMurray you need to take page out of Climate Control book on how to provide excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a nice gentleman come over to my house as I requested a quote on replacing my furnace. He was very professional and it seemed as though they would be a good company to give my business to. I requested the quote and furnace replacement as quick as possible since winter is pretty much here and our furnace didn’t work. I was told that he would get a quote out to me right away. It’s been about a week now and I have not heard from them. Two other company’s quoted me and the furnace replacement is being finished today.
