Occasionally I had problems with the intake icing up in the winter.I asked Ice Age to extend my exhaust so that the steam would be less likely to travel across the intake. Ice Age improved my exhaust outlet for the furnace without any additional charge. I wish there were more businesses that provided service like Ice Age. They deserve 10 stars in my book!! Thanks again!!!
