★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greated with a stare. Asked how the were doing and received a sarcastic good. Said what I was looking for and received "K" as a response. Had to follow up with do you carry the product? And received yes. Left the store at this point, absolutely has been the worst service I have received in the city to date.

When asking about a part I needed to fix my shower, the staff was knowledgeable and even suggested that I buy the whole kit instead of just the cartridge I needed as it was relatively cheaper and if I needed to replace any parts I would have it in the kit.
Well turns out we needed to replace everything and since I already had the kit it made the process smoother than having to run out and buy everything needed to replace it the shower.
Also probably made the job easier on the plumber.
I would highly recommend this place.
