I had a ring and gemstone get damaged and decided to take it to Troy Shoppe, as friends of mine had always said good things about it. I had never been before. David was able to guide me through with his expertise and knowledge on what the best option was to repair. He answered my every question and email I sent his way. He helped me decide with confidence what to choose going forward with this family heirloom. He even found a spot to get the work done before Xmas! Truly thankful and will now only go to Troy Shoppe Jewellers.

He had his hand crushed at work years ago and the hospital cut it off his finger. Brought it in to Troy shop, was super comforting knowing that they would not send it out somewhere to get fixed but did it right there in their own store. Had it back to me in a few days looking just like new. The ring fit a little tight for me, brought it back in, they resized it again in only a few days had it back fitting perfectly. Free of chart. I am absolutely amazed by how quick they had the ring back to me both times, and it looks absolutely amazing. Cannot tell where it was cut and perfectly round again. What a great service they provided.

I knew I wanted a blueish green sapphire but I didn’t want to order online. We looked at so many jewelry stores before coming here. It was easy to tell them what I was looking for and they were very transparent on price from the beginning. They started the process, kept me out of the loop, and then my fiancé chose the centre stone from three sapphires they had brought in. It’s unique and beautiful and I’ve had so many compliments. The same thing happened with my wedding band! I brought in a photo of a similar band but wanted the profile of the band to match my engagement ring. Four weeks later I have two gorgeous rings! My fiancé also purchased his band from them as he wanted tantalum and Troy was the only jeweller we found carrying it in store!
