My fiancé and I just popped into this local business to ask about ring sizing and had one of the most pleasant experiences with a lady named petroula. Not only was she very knowledgeable but so incredibly helpful as well. She cleaned my ring and it shines like it’s right out of the box again. We will definitely be back when it comes time to pick up the wedding band for my fiancé and are so greatful to have met this wonderful woman !!

My first and last impressions of Breslauer & Warren were beyond incredible - by far the best jewellers of the many (7+) I had contacted and experienced within Calgary and online while shopping for an engagement ring. Petroula and Richard took very good care of my expectations of the ring I had in mind - and went beyond those qualities, awhile staying well-within my budget. If you are shopping around for a ring - at the very least - I hope you visit them to experience how well they care about you and your expectations, the peace of mind they bring in shopping for a ring, and really the great prices and selection they have. I was greeted by Petroula who showed great professionalism by taking the time to understand my expectations and my budget for the engagement ring. Her knowledge and experience took that to the next level and she quickly went through a good, yet not overwhelming, number of options/styles in the diamond, band, setting, etc. and summarized it all in email with prices for my convenience to compare other jewelers. 2. I followed-up with another appt. and met Richard who showed the same level of professionalism and decades of knowledge through practical advice - helping filter through the options Petroula laid out and landing at a price well within my budget and with a diamond quality beyond what I had in mind. 3. I received the ring within 1 - 2 weeks. This time, both Petroula and Richard explaining the significance of the closing documents, future maintenance of the engagement ring, and suggestions for proposal ideas. I noticed a very tiny metal piece lodged in an opening of the band; however, they were able to remove the tiny piece swiftly the same day - great knowing they are happy to see you again and ready to handle any concerns you might have.

I recently went to Breslauer and Warren to help design a custom engagement ring for me. Petroula went above and beyond to make sure that I got a ring that highlighted the natural beauty of the diamonds and looked elegant. Before connecting with Breslauer & Warren, I was feeling very intimidated about my lack of knowledge of diamonds and all things engagement rings. That changed pretty much as soon as Petroula emailed me to set up a consultation appointment. Our pre-appointment communication was very relaxed, and she asked some very good questions that put me at ease about who I was dealing with. I would suggest you browse their website and definitely take a look at the Custom Jewellery Design Handbook to give yourself some fundamentals about rings and all the lingo, etc. It's also a handy tool for when you're talking to your significant other about what they like in a ring.... Anyhoo..back to the review. Upon meeting Petroula at our consultation, I instantly knew I had made the right choice in coming to Breslauer & Warren. She was very easy going, answered all my questions (usually before I asked them - she's that good) and gave me all the info I needed to be able to create the ring that would and did sweep my fiance off her feet. Richard was also available to provide additional suggestions and information about my diamond selection. The ring arrived in the time frame given to me and at the price I was quoted. Overall it is my pleasure to give the highest of recommendations to Breslauer & Warren for their service, selection, and price.
