It took us awhile due to Covid shut downs, etc, to get around to replacing it, but we were still well within the year guarentee. The problem was I no longer had the receipt (!!) and they couldn't find me in their system. I contacted the Chinook store due to it being more convienent location, but that was how we found out we weren't registered. Here's a shout out to Ritzy at the Chinook store because I also couldn't get an answer when I tried callilng the Core. She took charge of the situation and contacted the Core store and they in turn called me back. It took some effort on my part, but once in touch with the Core, Jenny ensured that we could get the bracelet replaced and I'm happy to say we now have all this resolved.

She was very professional and understanding, and all her advices and everything she was showing were wonderful, and she wasn’t pushy and was able to maintain a very welcoming approach to the sale. Very happy to have her help me. Awesome staff and store
M	Mimi M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pandora at the Core has amazing service! I found out that this location and the Chinook location are Corporate stores and will clean/polish my bracelets. This was welcome news to me since I took in 10 bracelets full of charms to be cleaned. Jenny (associate manager) and Meagan (sale associate) were very helpful. While Meagan was writing up receipts for my items to be cleaned, Jenny was showing me some new charms. It has been awhile since I have purchased Pandora so I provided my contact info for future promotions. And before I know it, Meagan personally texted me to tell me about the 'buy 4, get 40% off' promotion. I replied to her message and she put the items that I wanted on hold for me. When I went into the store to purchase, she had everything ready for me. Thank you Meagan for making my shopping experience a positive one! It's nice to go into a store and have smiling sale associates who provide great customer service.
