The staff were courteous & helpful even though I wasn't properly dressed for it. I knew what to get, so it was a breeze to get in and get out. The only thing I do not agree with is the price, but that is what you pay its brand name.

My fiance purchased a Tiffany's heart pendant April 2018 for my birthday I was so excited. 6 months went by and it was time for it to go in and get cleaned. He took it in for me and picked it up when he got it home I noticed the necklace looked like it had been severely scratched from their cleaning I guess. We took it back because I was devastated and they not only refused to replace it for me they tried to charge ME $50.00 so they could send it in and get out the scratch THEY MADE and then return it to me. On top of all of that they told me that the necklace would come back thinner. I will not purchase from this location again. Also I do plan on seeing if there is anyone higher up within the company that can make this right.

He was both informative and nice towards other customers and I. His customer service was above and beyond when compared to the other Tiffany and Co at Chinook. Due to conveniences, I was unable to do the engraving here but had it done at Chinook. The staffs there gave off an annoyed or rude vibe. Will not be going back to Chinook's Tiffany and Co again. I will be making my future purchases through Jacey!

My expectation was minimal when I first began to inquire the product through Remy over the phone. I thought if things work out, I would make the payment and leave. Surprisingly, from product selection, sizing, and having calligraphy on the greeting card, Remy gave her 200%. Best I like about my experience dealing with Remy is that she is such a soft and humble salesperson with great passion in what she is doing!
