The key responsibility of the Technician Helper is to assist Fire Alarm Technicians with weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual inspections as required. In this role, you will help with service work and repairs on fire alarm systems under the supervision of a Fire Alarm Technician, and complete other duties as required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I run design build practice ( Studio North ), I hired Troy to install a sprinkler system for Sidewalk Citizens new restaurant in Central Memorial Park. Because of the unique structure the sprinkler system had to be exposed / integrated. I had a great experience with their team, they worked hard to meet our deadlines as well as exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail and over all professionalism. I will definitely be working with Troy again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troy did good job installing sprinkler in our house. But i have to question their business model of making money.
My brooksfield home was built last year. And i am developing my basement now. They left the sprinkler heads short. So when i put my drywal on the ceiling the heads are 2" above the drywall. Told me that's why they always leave it because they don't know about my future basement plans. Well you don't have to know the plan. Since you did the work you just had to leave 2" extra pipe on the heads. No matter what my future plan is. Because of all the furnace pipes in that area i can't oviously make the ceiling higher. You just had to measure.
Also i had to call them back to install a new head in the bottom of my starirs. No one's future plan is to move the stairs. Because you can't. So why wasn't that installed initially? Shouldn't you put sprinklers as per builder's design?
My living space is a living room space. They came back and moved it 2 feet to centre it. Told me it's for better coverage. Can i build a washroom or a bedroom in my degignated living room space? No. So why wasn't that done initially?
So i can call Troy back and pay them $900 to fix those.
