They present a functional and aesthetically pleasing product in a very timely matter. We love being in our new space. The greatest appreciation that I have for the Pinnacle Group is the functionality they provided to our basement. We have accessibility challenges, as we both are in wheelchairs, but now we have additional space that is both functional and beautiful thankfully to the knowledge & experience Pinnacle had for our needs. Always willing to listen & modify spaces to be barrier free to our functionality, we had complete confidence that the accessibility of our home was a top priority. Most of all, we are excited to share it with friends and family. Pinnacle has not only changed the spaces in our home, they’ve changed our lives!

We know what we like but aren’t the kind of people who read home and interior design magazines, and couldn’t easily describe what we wanted. We knew we wanted all aspects of our reno to work together., but where to start? At the beginning of our Pinnacle project, we filled in a project DNA form to define what we wanted. That process, and subsequent discussions with Pinnacle allowed us to get everything determined in the beginning, and fully understand all aspects of the reno and the cost considerations for the options we were considering. They did a really good job at the front end design stage. Once we moved into scheduling and execution, they demonstrated that they have the expertise and knowledge to implement and manage a project. They started and completed the project on time, and delivered the full reno package that we wanted. They’re a “full package” team who were great to work with and clearly knew how to execute a reno project from concept to final product.

Our decision to work with the Pinnacle Group was based on that fact that we could see the work they had done and could do. This was the selling point for us as we were impressed with their work. (Way better then looking at pictures!) It was a bonus having a designer at hand who recognized our needs (and desires!) and was able to incorporate both to our taste. There is very good communication among the Pinnacle project leaders and the trades. Changes are managed effectively. We were impressed by the quality of the work, in particular the details of the tile and the cabinetry. Overall, any ""challenges" were dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. From day 1, all of Pinnacle staff, were accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. The trades people that they brought to our home, were friendly, proficient and trustworthy. This made it easy to leave our home in their care. We are very pleased with the final project!.

My project was a nightmare from the beginning and I eventually had to hire a more experienced contractor to come in and fix all their mistakes. When i tried reaching out to the owner to talk about warranty, he turned into an animal over the phone and lost his cool with me while refusing to come back and fix the mistakes. Get yourself a more modern and up-to-date contractor who isn't stuck in the 90's and thinks they are at HGTV level lol! STAY AWAY!

Best of all they stood up to their start time / end time guarantees and quote amounts, so we could plan our lives around the renovations. Would highly recommend for anyone considering renovations.
