We specialize in the electronic security and telecommunications industries and provide both service and installation of many product lines including but not limited to video security systems, card access systems, video intercom systems and VoIP phone systems.

We had the unfortunate experience of a break in, and they were there for me to get what was needed from the camera views. They've made relevant recommendations about our front entry FOB system and assisted in cleaning up any inconsistencies caused by our own data entry AND they have openly welcomed any assistance or additional training we've needed. Kevin, Simran and Jerrod rate 5 stars in product, customer service/friendliness and patience! We are happy to have them as an integral partner to our security needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Being a condominium building downtown, we have had many MANY challenges with trespassing and break ins for a long time.
Recently, we chatted with the DSS team about options for upgrading the security of our building. From the very beginning of the process, as they explained what their work - and our finished product - would entail, we were struck by their level of professionalism: friendly, and a pleasure to communicate with; VERY patient with our numerous questions; a team culture of attention to detail, high standards, and doing things RIGHT for their client.
Feedback from owners and tenants within the building about our new system (which includes FOB entry for building doors, and windshield sensors for vehicle access to the U/G Parking) is a big THUMBS UP!
