J'avais plusieurs demandes précises par rapport à mon véhicule et il s'est assuré qu'elles avaient toutes été répondues. Que dire de son dévouement, il a pris le temps de se déplacer lors de sa journée de congé afin que je puisse essayer le véhicule. Aucun point négatif, tout était parfait!
I received extraordinary service from Marc Poulin. Always attentive to the customer and when we call him, we never have the impression of disturbing him. I had several specific requests regarding my vehicle and he made sure they were all answered. What about his dedication, he took the time to come around on his day off so I could test drive the vehicle. No negative points, everything was perfect!
