★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai toujours dis qu'à la SAAQ la main droite ne sais pas ce que la gauche fait. Mais là j'ai vécu une expérience avec des INCOMPÉTENTS au cm carré. Ce que te dit une personne est diverse avec une autre. important de prendre des notes.
I've always said that at the SAAQ the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. But there I had an experience with INCOMPETENT square centimeters. What one person tells you is different with another. important to take notes.

Coming without RDV, we have to wait a little bit longer than expected, but once at the counter I was pleasantly impressed by the competence and patience of the teller. He took time to explain every step and principal details on the papers he gave us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were kind of nice, but anyones know anything about anything je je, it's so weird, 1 hour waiting to get appointment!!! Just to change my driver license, at the window the guy was looking into folders with papers, never found whatever he was looking. I just need an appointment je je, at the end they gave me flyer with a number to call, hoo, by the way, I was calling and just say: way have so many people in the line, sorry, and they hang up the call, what a joke!!!
