It is fun to come in and know that you are not a number but some body that is as important than a president of a compagny. That is how i fell and how i am treated when a see Isabelle that is ta King her time to explain to me all tha was done on my truck. So thank you Ford for that great team . Long Warranty not even being followed. A sensor of ours was being seen still by the computer board but was warning us about a defective working, which means it was still attached to the computer not broken...and then we are told that it is under the warranty. Once the part arrived and installed, we are told it was not being seen by the board once at ford and that it was fully broken this time.....WHAT IN THE WORLD?! We are told that now it is not covered by the warranty because and that what i got on paper about being covered is nothing more than words... They are telling us that since they dont know what happen to it, they are not covering. Excuse me?! But if the person who checked our car and said it was covered due to be only defective, then why now the words are changing saying it is now broken for?! UPDATE: I just was told on the phone that when i got it checked at first that they only decided to make a deduction judgement instead of doing a physical check up...WHAT?????THIS IS NOT WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO WHEN WE ASK FOR A CHECK UP TO SEE IF IT IS BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE!!!!! A DEDUCTION JUDGEMENT INSTEAD OF A PHYSICAL CHECK UP?! WHAT?! THAT IS A BAD JOB! NOT PROFESSIONNAL AT ALL! To make us pay when actually it is supposed to be covered?! We also were told that if it broke at ford it would be covered but if it broke somewhere else it is not?! What!? I mean as it seems it did broke at ford! lol...when it was checked it was at ford and it was supposed to be covered (defective) Now it is time to get it repaired...it is not covered because it is now broken?!...Hmmm where did i missed a part here)!? Well it was defective on check but it is now broken on repair time? Well ford if is now broken it means it got broken by your worker in the garage! I can't believe you aren't following your rules and warranty to cover a bad job! UPDATE : Now we have to pay for a piece that is supposed to be covered!! 100$ for a bad work?! and actually i have lost trust in your company now. Our next vehicle won't be a ford you can be sure of that!

I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change. I understand that there are official breaks necessary, but can't they be done in between cars? It always takes too long ones the car exit the garage until the call from service, if you are waiting there.

Awesome services! Great staff! For the garage part… But make sure to take a look at what has to get done before to get things done to not arrive there and get a bigger bill…ask them to call you if they think about changing anything that was NOT mentionned before with you. It happened to me once…but greatly for me, they corrected their moves by offering alternatives before to finish the work, which saved my wallet! lol
