Y	Youssef El Fatihi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai acheter une voiture chez bmw Trois-Rivières , j’ai était très satisfait du service avec Éric et Valérie toute à été fait à distance j’ai eu un très bon service et je n’ai ressenti aucune pression, j’ai eu un problème de freins sur mon véhicules lors de la prise de possession et dès que j’en ai parler a Éric, il sait arranger pour qu’ils changent les freins à leur frais dans les jours suivant, je suis très satisfait je recommande! I bought a car from bmw Trois-Rivières, I was very satisfied with the service with Eric and Valérie, everything was done remotely I had very good service and I did not feel any pressure, I had a problem with the brakes on my vehicle when I took possession of it and as soon as I spoke to Eric about it, he knows how to arrange for them to change the brakes at their expense in the following days, I am very satisfied I recommend!

Cependant aucun véhicule de courtoisie ne m'a été offert a mon rendez-vous ni lors de la prise de ce dit rendez vous, j'habite a plus d'un heure de route et tant qu'à descendre a trois rivières, j'avais déjà planifié des choses... J'ai fini par attendre 3 heures dans la salle d'attente... C'est une erreur assez plate lorsque que l'on paye 100$ de l'heure pour avoir du service sur une voiture Good service and honoring of the guarantee without having to negotiate etc.... However, no courtesy vehicle was offered to me at my appointment or when making this said appointment, I live more than one hour drive and as long as I went down three rivers, I had already planned things... I ended up waiting 3 hours in the waiting room... It's a pretty boring mistake when the 'we pay $100 an hour to have service on a car

Tommy made sure the car was immaculately clean when I picked it up.
