Tripod Fertility is the best clinic I've gone to for pregnancy planning. I would like to express special gratitude to Dr. Dzineku. May God's blessing be on him and his family. For almost two years I could not get pregnant. But thanks to his wonderful hands and professionalism, I got pregnant the first time. I would also like to thank all the staff of the clinic for their professionalism, as well as Daleeta Cholakian, who helped me a lot. May God keep you. Karine Ghazaryan

Dr. Dzineku, Dr. Roumain and the whole staff at Tripod Fertility are amazing. After years of not getting pregnant and questioning if it would ever happen, we met this team. They never let us get discouraged. They're honest, but help you see the positives in all treatments and things they find. We just welcomed our perfect, beautiful baby boy into the world and we have the Tripod team to thank. You will feel comfortable and welcomed by every single person at Tripod Fertility. They truly are the best.

Regardless of the outcome, I have had nothing but the best experience from Tripod Fertility. Prior to becoming a patient, I worked with 2 other clinics. In comparison, the level of genuine care, knowledge and passion for what they do surpassed all my other experiences. From the receptionist to the nurses and ultrasound tech and everyone in between, I was treated with the utmost care. My journey felt like our journey. Thank you for making this experience one I will never forget. ❤️

I’m very frustrated about my experience at Tripod with Dr. Dzineku. I had my first round of ivf under his care (Ontario funded), and felt like it was wasted. He put me on what seemed like a decent stims plan, and my body responded really well. He had me doing stims for 16 days and egg retrieval on day 18. The results were unsuccessful with zero fertilization or embryos. Obviously devastated, we didn’t know why it didn’t work, and he didn’t have an answer. My husband and I found his bedside manner extremely poor, he was constantly late to every appt even virtual (20 min… up to 40 min), and he had a bad habit of speaking over us. He also was never prepared for our appointments, so when he joined the call or was ready to see us in his office, he would look into our chart to find the info - didn’t have a clue what our medical history was. Sometimes we would have to wait until his assistant sent him results. This was extremely frustrating and a waste of time. We ended up going to another clinic, but it wasn’t until I started in depth research and seeing a naturopath, when we realized how much he completely messed up our one and only funded cycle. Not only did he leave me on stims for far too long, he also didn’t trigger me until 2 days after my estrogen fell, at which point egg retrieval was another 2 days after trigger. This means that my eggs were retrieved 4 days AFTER my levels started to drop… this is not right!! The icing on the cake was that in our follow up appt after our failed ivf cycle, he told us ivf is “trial and error” and the next round could be different. For most people, fertility medication is not covered by their health insurance and definitely not covered under OHIP. These drugs can run upwards of $8K. Add the ivf cost on top of that… you are looking at a total of $20-25K per round. There really shouldn’t be a “trial and error” attitude on a procedure like this. I do not recommend Dr. Dzineku, but if you are already a patient or are waiting for a referral, my recommendation is to do your research and educate yourself on the process. Good luck!

It was such a great experience on my pregnancy journey to found my home. Dr. Dzineku and Dr. Roumain and the whole team are very professional and compassionate on what they do. For a first time mom, uncertainty and anxiety related to pregnancy will always be a problem but thankfully the team made it easier for me to handle. They are so comforting, friendly and organize with the appointments. They also made sure that the environment is safe amidst the pandemic. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. If you are planning to get pregnant, I would never hesitate to go and choose them. ❤️

Dr. Dzineku took a chance on me when no other doctors would. My case is very tricky and he has been patient, honest and innovative in his approach. Many IVF clinics only care about their success rate and if it's unlikely to work with conventional approaches, they wont bother. Tripod is different. Despite knowing I have a poor prognosis, I really wanted to be able to at least try IVF. I had multiple consultations with Dr. Dzineku and he monitored until he thought we had the best chance of success. He never pushed me into anything I didn't want to do, was very patient with my situation, listened to my concerns and advised me with his expertise. The nurses are so amazing, kind and take the time to explain everything to you. I am still doing treatment but I specifically wanted to make this review before it's done because I don't want my review to only reflect whatever result comes of the treatment. Regardless of the result, the Tripod team has been absolutely amazing and I am so thankful they took a chance on treating me.

I had called the clinic a few times over a couple days with some questions prior to my referral, but no one ever picked up. When I emailed them with the questions they did reply right away. After my referral they communicated with me via email and booked an appointment and sent me a video link. I had my consultation with the doctor which was fine, although I felt it was a bit rushed. The doctor was 20 minutes late to the video conference which I totally understand but our first consult was only around 15 minutes. The doctor told me I would receive some forms via email which they did send but ended up going to my spam. Throughout the whole process no one called/contacted me even once to remind me of my appointment or follow up after my consultation or check in when I hadn’t returned the forms yet. Going through this process is confusing, so overall I think they could improve their communication with patients. If you are going through fertility treatment and just have a quick question about your medication or your appointment and can’t get a hold of anyone, that would be very stressful. I am sure they are very busy, but it would be nice to be able to talk to a real person once in a while or feel like they care enough to check up on you. Just a note for improvement.
