L	Laurel Boyle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a very spicy, feral cat who, in spite of having been spayed, still goes into season and was in season non-stop for 6 months last year. Both she and our neutered male mark all over the house when she is in season. I have spoken to several vets over the years about her. One said we would need to do a $2000 MRI with additional costs for the surgery itself, to see if there was remnant ovarian tissue, but he was not confident that even with an MRI that he would be able to find it during surgery. Another would not even speak to me about any possible process without seeing her first. She is almost impossible to pick up, catch or kennel, so multiple visits would have been very, very difficult. I asked my local High River vet, who doesn’t do reproductive stuff, for another referral and they sent me to Trinity. The staff at Trinity - particularly Dr. Suttie and Marni - came up with a plan to examine her, test her (a blood test) and re-spay her if appropriate, all in one day. They were absolutely wonderful with her (and me) and everything went exactly as planned. They found an intact ovary and fallopian tube and removed them. Communication was lightening fast and excellent throughout the entire process. They were very clear about the procedure and costs. The entire procedure was less than half the cost of the MRI the first vet wanted to do. Many thanks to the Trinity team for their kindness and compassion!

(Ended up being not as bad as we thought but very happy we had her looked at) They had me bring her in right away and took care of her in a very timely manor. They were very helpful, informative, and kind. I was also very impressed with the price. What I expected to be a huge bill ended up being much smaller than we expected. I highly recommend them

She explained everything she was doing and what she saw on the scans and was able to 'dumb it down' without speaking down to you. She and her assistant Lyndsey were so patient with my very anxious/timid pup who REALLY didn't want to be there. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.
M	Mac Ferreira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my cat ate some lilies and it turns out they’re very poisonous to cats and meant we needed a speedy trip to an emergency veterinarian :0 luckily we saw her eating the leaves, gave the office a call and got her to Trinity Hills within an hour of ingestion. really friendly, professional staff that definitely helped calm me down and explained everything to me very well. they gave me 2 updates a day going though the status of my cat and the measures they were taking to accommodate her anxiety in a new place. my cat came home today after a 2 day stay at the hospital and the total was almost 300$ less than the “low end estimate” they gave me, coming to only a 1,400$ bill which is very competitive for 48 hours in a pet hospital. it’s good to know lower cost veterinary care is available in the city and i will definitely be taking my cats to them again if emergencies come up. i definitely recommend them to anyone with cats.

My girl literally drags me to the front door so that she can see her friends there, even though it's been for a blood draw every time. Dr. Heather and Marni have been very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process of breeding my girl, and they answered all of my questions. I honestly feel like they're as invested in a successful outcome as I am. Whether you're looking for a general vet clinic or reproductive services, I recommend Trinity Hills for sure.

S	S B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trinity Hills is a wonderful place and I had great experiences with all the staff! We haven't been there for emergency services but Oliver sees Dr. Clarkson for ultrasounds. She and her staff have always been very accommodating for Oliver's rDVM and they are always open to answering any questions we may have. Oliver doesn't like going in a kennel to come to the vets and they took him from me no problem and I don't think he spent one minute not in someone's arms. I know lots of friends who have gone to Trinity for their emergencies and had nothing but the best experiences. See you guys in a month for Oliver's recheck ultrasound :)
