Her staff are friendly and willing to fit you in to see her whenever you call, even sometimes within 24 hours or less. Knowing you can rely on them for excellent care and commitment is a big relief when you are worrying about you fur babies!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been dealing with Charlotte and her staff since they opened, approximately 30 years ago. I've always had good care for my dogs morning or night. As long as I have dogs, Charlotte will be their Doctor!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my kitten to Hooves and Paws for her spay surgery; since Kindersley lost their more experienced vet. Staff were happy and friendly throughout the whole experience. They took great care of my little girl and made me feel like they truly cared about her, even though we aren't regulars at their clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our dog Charlie to Hooves and Paws as he wasn't feeling well. We got there very late in the day and they were more than happy to help and beyond accommodating. They took such good care of him over night. Beyond recommend these ladies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Charlotte was very kind and helpful, but I had a weird and distressing experience with her assistant, also named Charlotte.
I was standing by the front desk, waiting for her to finish my invoice. She suddenly got up and ran to the front door. I thought there was an emergency.
I turned around to see she had opened my bunny's carrying case, and was taking him out to show a complete stranger, because, "He's so cuuuuuute!"
Not only that, his case was on a chair, beside the now partway open door. I just couldn't believe anyone would do that.
Beware. If she will do this in front of the owner, who knows what kind of petting zoo she is running when you can't see. Just unbelievable any professional would mishandle someone's pet this way---especially when the animal is sick! Apart from her gross lack of boundaries, how could she not know a bunny can even have a heart attack from distress?
This assistant could easily have killed him with her stupidity.
