But Very disappointed because Trico officers in sri lanka took many of them. Please don’t send through this poor cargo shipping. It’s very cheap work what they did to me...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Trico to ship a box to Colombo, Sri Lanka in February 2021. I was told that the box is scheduled to arrive in Sri Lanka on April 20, 2021, and that the box will be delivered to my family member's residence within a time span of two weeks. I was very impressed that they were able to meet this timeline amidst Covid times. The box was opened by the Sri Lanka Customs for inspection, and I am very pleased to say that all the items that I packed into the box were accounted for and remained undamaged. Overall, I am very pleased with the process and their impeccable customer service, especially Suthan who works in the Trico Canadian branch. Suthan is highly customer focused and handled my follow-up calls in a professional and respectful manner.

I usually ship to Sri Lanka but this time I had a cargo shipped from Sri Lanka to Toronto. You guys were phenomenal from beginning to end. Sudath Costa who I dealt with packing my stuff did the best they could. Kept me In the loop and dealt very professionally. Everything went smooth.
