★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked Fluent Freight for our move from Toronto to Ottawa. We booked with Jonathan and he was very professional and easy to work with. In Toronto, we loaded with Ed and Vernon who were efficient and quick despite elevator issues. Ed took the time to wrap each piece and went above and beyond at our destination to ensure all items were placed correctly. We would recommend Fluent for any moving needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Moving Experience ever. I moved from Toronto to Montreal during winter, so my stress level was high but the team was extremely professional, nice and careful. They guys were working in a great mood and extremely fast, even though we were moving out from a Townhouse with many stairs and it was snowing at the time. I couldn't believe that they really have done it in the original estimated time. All my things arrived in perfect shape, I got message and phone calls about when the truck would be arriving and they were very punctual. During delivery they were so fast that they had some spare time so they asked if they could assemble some of my furniture (which was a great touch). The price was not far different from other companies with terrible reviews.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They moved my parents (seniors) from Ontario to Quebec. The movers in both provinces and the driver were all excellent: polite, fast, on time, respectful, happy to wear masks. Everything arrived safely. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first of contact (Jonathan) it's been such a pleasure to deal with them. I did a number of inquiries with other companies but these guys stood out the most. I was skeptical at first with such great reviews on google (almost to good to be true) but as soon as I talked to Jonathan, he's reassured me and took all my worries away.
I have nothing but gratitude to the movers who helped us out. They are professional, on time and boy do they work (I don't even think they took breaks). They've handled our furniture with such great care, srinked- wrapped items I didn't even think even I would protect :).
They even assisted in setting up our tables (were dismantled) and no complaints when I changed my mind a few times with some of the item's location.
I am so glad I found Fluent Moving and I am super thankful for the awesome service. I have recommended you guys to friends and family.
Hopefully we don't have to move again anytime soon but we will 100% use you guys again!
OH yeah and the price is price. No hidden fees like others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved from Montreal to Toronto. If I knew my move would be so simple with Fluent, I would have lost way less nights of sleeps over this. When you shop online for a moving company, you get some pretty sketchy ones, and then you are flying blind based on online reviews. Lot of long distance moving companies put you on a float, and then the move takes 3-7 days depending on how much stuff you have (the more stuff you move, the shorter the trip as you take more space in the van). Fluent doesn't work like that, they have their own trucks and it's an overnight process.
Went with Fluent because the reviews were great, and arranging the move on the phone was professional. Yet, I was still nervous... what if the actual service didn't live up to the expectations? Shouldn't have been. Movers were super professional, arrived on time, everything went great, final price very close to quoted price (which was very competitive to begin with). There is no question in my mind that next time I move, I'll be using Fluent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the best decision to choose Fluent Moving for the moving services. I had to relocate from Mississauga to Ottawa in the month of December 2020. I specifically decided to hire them because Jonathan actually called back in response to my online budget estimate inquiry and explained in detail about the company, their certifications and services. I was constantly in touch with Jonathan who very courteously answered all my queries. On the day of the moving I got a call much before time and the team arrived right on time. I am personally very thankful to Ed and his partner for dedicatedly moving all items with no damage at all.They are experts with great skills , the basement I moved out from had a narrow doorway and they still managed to safely carry out all items.They were very sweet and hard working. I am very grateful to them. I was not present at the time of unloading the items but my apartment manager mentioned that the movers were exceptionally great. I give them a 5-star rating and whenever I move next, I will surely reach out to them again. I strongly recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fluent moving was exceptional, Dean consulted with me daily finding the right shipment to keep the price reasonable. The movers took great care of the fragile content of my 37 notes and dealt with a difficult delivery address requiring hand carrying of the boxes without complaint.
I will use them again and recommend them without hesitation.
