I wasn’t sure if my older Brother model was fixable but the staff quickly assessed and repaired my machine promptly. They offer one of a kind items and appeal to sewers of all levels. Supporting a local, family owned business who care about customer satisfaction is the way to go.

I told her white thread and blue and purple plane material she came back with several colors of the material and I let her know how much I needed of the colors I chose. She went back cut them came back to door, I payed her. Left, it was fast. I didnt phone first just showed up.

They are quite busy right now though, so if you need more attention it might be a good idea to come early and/or call ahead. Very much worth the trip from Kitchener.

Nancy was so friendly and knowlegable and had a hugh selection to chose from. I would definitely be back for any of my sewing needs.
M	Madame Absinthe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I swear, the lovely man who does sewing machine repair at Triangle Sewing is some sort of WIZARD. He has brought Sewing machines back from the dead. He has fixed things that were unfixable. He has performed miracles that I swear are worthy of sainthood. I would honestly probably trust this man to perform surgery on ME; that's how good he is. If your Sewing machines are like children to you (as mine are), this is the place to take them when they're sick; you will be amazed at how sssmmmoooottthhhh they run when they come back to you! Plus they have great fabrics, notions, knowledgeable staff. . .need I say more? If you love Sewing and you love your Sewing machines, these people really understand that love and will help you out with whatever you need. They've helped me out of sewing jams more than once and I can't thank them enough! This is not a regular sewing/fabric store. They have cool sewing accessories and items you can't find anywhere else. Go! Just GO already! Your old cranky sewing machines will thank you.

It was supposed to arrive in early March however it was delayed because of Covid related shipping problems. While waiting for the unit to arrive we got to know Nancy quite well and were able to appreciate her sincerity with customers, knowledge of the products and her friendly sense of humor. Great lady to deal with!!
