R	Robin Hood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel visit I have ever experienced! The website states it is "Regions largest indoor water park" with nothing stating hours of operation. The water park is NOT open during the week at all. The pool is only open from 5 - 8 pm during the week. Both ice machines were broken on 2nd floor, the hot tub was out of order (even though we asked at front desk if it was working and informed it was, even had a sign on the hot tub itself stating it did not work.) The carpet on the floors was thread worn, stained and lifted up making tripping hazards everywhere! We requested a crib when we booked the room but was told upon arrival that they did not have any on location. So instead of our booked room with a queen bed and a couch they replaced it with two queen beds. Because a queen bed is a great replacement for a crib. Not! These are pics of the bathroom in the hotel room. I wish I had taken more pictures but I was trying to ignore it and keep the family in good spirits.
M	Mark Zinck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is very old and needs to be renovated.. it was the cheapest in Ottawa so I guess you get what you pay for but I wasn’t a fan. Didn’t rebook and stayed elsewhere. The amenities look pretty cool but everything’s closed right now. Rooms didn’t even have coffee or cups. I needed water when I woke up in the middle of the night and the front desk told me to go across the street to the shoppers drug-mart.

In town during the pandemic helping a family move, we checked in late and checked out early as well. So even though being such a short visit, the experience wasn’t at par. The entire displeasure is towards the room and the amenities within the room. First the room is dated, second the room wasn’t clean in spots that you could see. And then why invite guests in rooms where the carpet is dirty, rooms have patches. When you try to move the night stands to find an extra plug to charge our devices, you see dirt that hasn’t been cleaner in a long time. The beds were so uncomfortable, the pillows soft, the sheets had so many creases that seemed were not dried properly. Don’t think I am staying here again.
A	Aidan Hennessy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was ready early and it was clean and beds were so comfy. The staff was great and the pool was fun! Hot tub was amazing and my kids were so happy. Breakfast was yummy and i loved the coffee. We are very happy with our experience and will come back again!
T	TheFätDøgWarriør on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Hotel! I Stayed at this Hotel with my Mema and my Aunt and it was amazing! I had gotten a room where on the balcony I could see the wave pool and it was really cool. They had great customer service and the hotel all together and the restaurant area was really nice and clean. There was also a place where you could sit out back, there was a pond and you could sit on the poach and eat your breakfast, it was really relaxing and I definitely recommend this hotel!
A	Alyssa Cornelius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for work, room was extremely run down, the air conditioning didn’t work and was extremely hot, when called down to front desk they told me nothing could be done, maybe open the window... the window didn’t open! Man on checkin was lovely. Lady checking out, didn’t even acknowledge me, or make eye contact. When asked if i needed anything else she rudely said no. Poor customer service! Parking was very limited and building has construction happening. Expensive to say literally could only use the bed since the ‘mini fridge’ was warm and wouldn’t cool down either. Easy access from highway. Will not be back!

Room had a strong urine smell. Bathroom tub was brown and rusted. Hotel manager dismisses complaints and blames customer for the bad experience.
A	Amélie Messier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NASTY! NASTY! NASTY! I wish I would've looked at the reviews before going there... We got 4 rooms because we were going at Escapade Music Festival. The carpet was absolutely disgusting and the room was super smelly. Bathroom was not clean AT ALL and A/C was not working. One of our taxi driver told me that he tought this place was only for refugies..... and not for guests. PLUS, I got SCABIES and i'm freaking out. DON'T GO THERE PLEASE.
