★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d give this place a zero if it were available. Twice now they have have screwed up the reservation. Rooms wreak of cigarettes. Little parking. My advice is to go to Drummondville Best Western if you have pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's 2 am , the two rooms across the hall and some other random people fighting and slamming doors , stepped out asked to please be quiet, they start yelling at me in French. Call front desk they don't speak English!!! Not impressed !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was reasonably clean, but staff were unwelcoming. Hotel appears less than clean despite vacuuming equipment was lying around in the hall outside our room. Lounge staff had rude boyfriend hanging around who so politely felt it necessary to comment on our tipping accumen before we were even finished for the evening. Hopefully he is a great tipper himself because he became their only customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellant place to stop. Staff are great and location is fabulous, close to gas stations,and many places to eat. Very safe to walk around outside. Love this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 4 hours. After taking a shower, I pulled back the covers to discover somebody else’s hair and dried blood on one of the sheets. That was enough for me to pack up and head to a Best Western 20 minutes away. The reason it isn’t a one star is because the receptionist was extremely nice and understanding when the situation was explained to her and refunded the money right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if i could i would give zero stars, had too change rooms bed looked like it was already slept in and there was somthing brown on my comforter. evening staff was polite, but morning staff was very rude. floors looked like they were quite dirty and there was hair many hairs in the bath tub, won’t be staying here again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously disappointed by my stay. This place is in need for a major overhaul / deep cleaning . Everything in my room except the towels were covered in yellow and brown tones also I do understand that covid makes breakfast a tricky endeavor but once again the service did not match the steep prices. This place gets you a night of sleep but it's not gonna be a first choice
