B	Braeden Wheaton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room itself was okay, which included the bare necessities (microwave, fridge, Keurig). Maintenance is lacking, majority of the clientele is troubling, and the pool is dirty. Would not recommend.
C	Curtis Perrin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family booked 2 rooms due to our size. When we arrived they gave us rooms that could not have been further apart, literally. One room was on the top floor at the end of the hall in one tower and the other was in the top floor at the end of the hall in the other tower. This meant going down 5 floors across the lobby and up 5 floors in another elevator just to get to my spouse and other kids. Both rooms were in disrepair, missing window screens, lights that didn’t work, lights that were hanging off the wall, bath tubs that didn’t drain and no hot water! The worst part however, was watching the breakfast room attendant deny a young girl in a wheelchair access to breakfast because there was no room for her. It took me moving 2 tables by less than a foot and asking a third table to do the same to make the required space for the young lady. The attendant even refused to apologize when it was suggested she do so. The only good things about this hotel were the location and the waterside.
S	SN H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. Stayed there this past weekend, the room was disgustingly dirty. Hair everywhere in the bathroom. The room smelt like smoke and dirtiness. We accidentally left our bathing suits there and to get ahold of the hotel is impossible. And once I did, they said they’re not there. Clearly they just tossed them out. Worst customer service, would never recommend staying there.
S	Sabrina Putman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sub par rooms, but I knew what I was getting when I was paying, so there were no surprises. the bonus though, was that they don't have free breakfast listed on their website, but when I got there they let me know that it ran from 630-10, so that was awesome. the service was excellent, the front desk employees were very kind and helpful!
J	Jessica Connors on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok this hotel has a "hotel rating" of two stars so just know what you're getting into. But the pool area is awesome, the staff are friendly and it was clean. Our TV didn't work which apparently means it needs to be reset (this would have been helpful info when we called down vs the next morning) and the free breakfast looked decent. Good wifi included and a fine place to camp out for a night or two. The price is right.

I didn't pay a lot for the room so I guess I get what I paid for. However I've stayed at nicer places for the same rate. Customer service was great though.

You smelled Dog… everywhere… not only the Pillows and Blankets smelled but the Bed itself was worse…. Even the carpet had the foul odour too… no amount of Air spray would work…. Very dissatisfied and will not book there in the future..a big Thumbs down.

In our room the beds were really small, smaller than a double bed, the lamps in the room didn't work so we had to use the ones by the beds. The bathroom was very small. The bedding looked like it was from the 70's and there were stains on the carpet. Hardly any water coming from the shower stall even on full blast in the morning and evenings. The arcade room was under construction although it didn't say that on the website. There was no mention about the continental breakfast so we missed out on that the first morning of our stay. Thankfully when we went to the gym on Saturday morning we noticed it. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, cereal, waffle maker, juice, toast, muffins and yogurt. The pool was nice, although the deep end was shallow too, the water slide was fun and the hot tub was relaxing. Our requests were met; top floor and farthest away from the elevator. Which was great although the guest were ignorant and so were the kids. They were yelling and being noisy in the hallway in the early mornings when we were trying to sleep. All the front desk staff and employees we dealt with were friendly and helpful.
