It was just what we were looking for, a family friendly hotel with a super fun pool, hot tub and waterslide (a small 'waterpark'), Price was reasonable, the staff friendly and accomodating. We also had a very yummy small breakfast buffet! Thanks Wingate!
L	Lisa Burnett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was super friendly. Made you feel like you were staying at a great hotel. Breakfast was as good as you could hope for. And kids loooooved the water slide. Overall a great stay.

Housekeeping was knocking on doors by 7:30 am asking if we were leaving now but checkout isn’t until 11am. “Quiet time” not enforced as we had children running up and down the halls until we’ll after 1:30 am.
G	Gyula Tamas Horvath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services was mediocre at best.. I didn't felt I was on vacation, I felt that I am at a place where nothing else matters then me paying for the room. Night staff was uneducated and argumentative when I was simply asking for a bathrobe the Filipino front desk agent was extremely rude and unprofessional as I was expecting great service I received poor service. The room was old and dark every light had to be turned on individually there was no central light switch.. the bathtub was filthy looked like it wasn't scrubbed properly. The TV was at least 10 years old...not a smart TV.. no Netflix no screen mirroring.. no room service no minibar.. the breakfast was very poor...there was warm and cold breakfast.. but it was like food they serve in the homeless shelter for free... the amenities swimming pool and jacuzzi was dirty the rooms don't have bathrobes so we had to change at the pool room toilet.. the towels were small, and they let in 20 people at once which was extremely crowded.. there was a group of guest.. one of them soaked his feet into the jacuzzi and then scrapped off the dead skin into the water.. I almost thrown up.. it was disgusting... all over rating for this experience I would give 2/10 never booking again at this hotel.
K	Kristen Hall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were clean, staff was friendly for the most part. Our fridge didn’t work, but as soon as we told them that, they fixed it. When they made our beds they also made the cutest little bed for our kids stuffed animals. Thank you!
T	Terri Robertson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY AND NOISY. Found bodily fluids on couch and bloody booger on bathmat (not to mention the walls). Beyond gross. The front desk staff didn't care or try to rectify. Cut stay short. Won't be back again. Woke up abruptly to a person's phone alarm vibrating against the paper thin walls and weird high pitch squeal from what I am assuming is the plumbing. Had high hopes but so very disappointed. Overpriced for 2 nights stayed and had initially booked for 5 nights but couldn't stick it out. Won't recommend.

Only thing that knocks the rating down a star is the fact that they don't have a curtain thick enough to block out the street lamp that was shining directly into my room. I had to get creative (see photos). Would strongly suggest installing thicker curtains, otherwise good luck getting any sleep. That being said, the two ladies at the front desk were absolutely fantastic, and were able to check me in over 4 hours early. Really appreciate that!!!

Night time was uncomfortable due to doors opening and closing all night in the hallway. You can hear the water flushing from guest upstairs and sometimes guest next door. Would not recommend this hotel if you'd like a peaceful night. Water slide is nice but there's not really an area to swim around in the pool, the area was packed with people and no enforcement of covid protocols in this area. Breakfast was lacking and they ran out of eggs. They eventually restocked the eggs but quickly ran out again. Overall I would not recommend staying here.
