★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tres mauvaise expérience avec ce garage … tout a commencer par une transmission 4r100 que jai sauter par la suite je lai envoyer a ce garage… apres le rebuild celle ci a fait 120km pour ensuite se defaire… je l’ai renvoyer pour la garanti et ils on refait la job qui avait ete manquer a cause quil on oublier de diagnostiquer le debit d’huile et meme apres cette job ma transmission a resaute environ 150km … jai recu aucune excuse de ce garage et je n’ai aucunement ete acomoder pour leur erreur aucune voiture ou solution pour me depanner… jai besoin dun vehicule pour travailler et gagner ma vie jai donc l’impression d’etre une banque a piton et me faire niaser royalement ! UN CAUCHEMAR
Very bad experience with this garage… everything started with a 4r100 transmission that I skipped afterwards I sent it to this garage… after the rebuild this one did 120km to then come undone… I sent it back for the warranty and they we redo the job that had been missed because we forgot to diagnose the oil flow and even after this job my transmission jumped about 150km ... I received no apology from this garage and I was in no way accommodated for their error no car or solution to help me out… I need a vehicle to work and earn my living so I feel like I'm a bank in piton and being royally denied! A NIGHTMARE

24 heures! Oui 24 heure pour remplacer ma transmission avec une qu’ils ont ré manufacturée en atelier avec les pieces de haute performance / service intense les plus connues et recommandées par les experts!
Jonathan le technicien est un expert des 68 RFE et en a une dans son propre Camion.
Travail d’expert par des gens super accueillants et qui connaissent leur métier.
Ça vaut le détour!

24 hours! Yes 24 hours to replace my transmission with one that they remanufactured in the workshop with the best known high performance / heavy duty parts recommended by the experts!
Jonathan the technician is a 68 RFE expert and has one in his own Truck.
Expert work by super welcoming people who know their stuff.
It's worth the detour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience started great with these guys but I feel like I was scammed with my last visit.
I had a problem with my the solenoid pack in my Dakota transmission. I went here, Transmission Riviere du Loup to have it fixed. They were recommended by another mechanic that couldn't do the work. The new solenoid pack they installed, lasted only a few weeks and the same problem returned. They replaced the solenoid a second time at no cost to me as the part was guarantied. Another problem occurred, within the same solenoid. Now a third time back the shop for the solenoid. They replaced it a third time. This where I have a problem. They didn't use a new part, or a rebuilt part, they took an old part from another truck they had there in the yard. They say they tested the part, but I have my doubts, when did they have time to test it? I saw him taking the part right off the other transmission. Apparently the part they used, only had a tank of fuel used on it. But have you ever had that feeling in your guts when talking with someone, that they may not be exactly on the up and up? I had that feeling big time.They did up hold the warranty which is great, I'll give them that. So the third time around there was no cost to me. But, would it really hurt the bottom line so much, to have used a new fresh part or at least a fresh rebuilt part?
And give me the peace of mind I need using my pickup truck.
