★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk staff was very helpful. Disappointed there was no hot tub as per online pictures. After a long drive we were looking forward to the tub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived on August 15th. The room was filthy . Bed not changed with pubic hair and menstrual blood. Sink area had toothpaste and used soap bar. The bar fridge filthy. We complained to front desk and manager said I could get new sheets and clean myself. We promptly left this place. My credit card better not be charged and I took lots of pictures of this disgusting room. Lady working alone at front desk was wonderful and apparently there were lots of complaints that day. Need to hire a new cleaner or pay staff a living wage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus: Family room with 3 double beds and a single bed, that accommodated all 7 of us. Very comfortable beds. Spotless clean. Well equipped with mini fridge and coffee machine. Includes a nice breakfast. An indoor heated swimming pool that was great fun for the kids, and a small gym. The price - an excellent deal!!!
Minus: Jacuzzi closed for maintenance. Room is rather small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel, but price was a bit high. The ratio quality-value was below my expectations. The two clerks met there were courteous.
On the other hand, the window in the room was not openable (fixed window) and no door to exit directly in case of emergency.
Would be appreciated if the clerk would give the clients a bit of explanation on how to use the air conditioner in the room. I figured out on my own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel. Well maintained swimming pool and easily accessible playground for the kids. Also, breakfast is included as well as a Keurig machine in your room.
This Hotel has a smoke free environment and the rooms are temperature controlled (usually the control pad is by the door.)
Our family room had a queen bed, a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a large TV, a microwave and a practical desk. It was also attached to a small room with two bunk beds for the kids (one double on the bottom and a single on top.) The kids room also had its own TV.
All in all, our stay was a great value and a smart decision. We will be staying here every time we visit this town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, and wonderful comfy bed and pillows. Our room on the first floor, which was so quiet we felt we had the whole place to ourselves, but we know they were booked solid. I need a wheelchair to get around, and the hotel is very accessible except for no automatic doors. Our room was accessible as well. It fit my needs, but someone else may need more adaptions for their room, which this hotel may have if you needed one. Great stay! Lovely pretty city, would come again.
