TOTAL SCAM!!! After reading the review about the customer who got scammed I checked my account and noticed a charge for $120 in December that was never returned. I didn't even win anything! I never got an email or call to let me know anything about this either. I tried calling and emailing but no one answers. If you ever placed a bid on anything here, check your bank statement! REPLY: I called AND emailed you with no reply. RBC said they are not holding anything and I was charged $120 by you. Very convenient that you don't have any record of my payment so you're saying you don't owe me my money back. The bank has the record of it and I'll be getting the charge reversed if you won't refund my money. The only reason you have that rating on BBB is because you have NO rating. I'll be filing a BBB complaint and I'm sure others will to so you're rating will be dented soon enough. I'm also sure you won't be in business much longer once people realize the SCAM you're pulling.

I registered to bid on an item last night and as I was placing my $195 bid I was prompted to enter my card information.. as soon as I did that, I was informed that the bid already went up to $355 and the bid I entered could not be placed. I happened to check my account and noticed there was a $195 withdrawal by transition squad.. I Tried calling the 366, 303 and 309 extensions but no one answered.. left a voicemail and an email with my phone number but nobody called.. frustrating experience with these guys. ** They only contacted me after I left this review via this rude email ** "Hello Anton, As I go through my list of emails in reverse order, I noticed that you decided to put a bad review about us online and then inquire about YOUR mistake of not reading the very clear instructions. This is a really jerk move on your part and we are cancelling your account and future bidding privileges unless your review is removed immediately. Your actions are not a reflection on our business but on how you are as a customer and we have a zero tolerance policy on this type of behaviour. An actual withdrawal has been made (as can be seen in the screenshot attached) Clearly, this company is running some sort of a scam - telling people that this is just an 'authorization' ..

I have been buying online from Transition squad for a few years now. It's been a great experience with the staff when picking up my won auction items. I have found some really great and interesting things and look forward to more auctions in the future.

Had an emailing issue all my items I bid for were not given to me and yet never received a return. Don't use this site, others are available.

We (Knights of Columbus Council #14676) were seeking alternate fundraising platforms for our local church-based charity, in view of COVID constraints.
