Transcendental Meditation has given me a way to directly experience inner peace. Even in the busy world of work, studies, travel, marriage and as a parent, I have been able to meditate twice a day to access this deep quietness. And the important part is then I experience this sense of peace in activity after meditation. It’s truly an easy and effortless process with benefits that last a lifetime.
Thank you to the TM Center in Edmonton for keeping on teaching TM and supporting the meditators in all the ways you do. It’s an invaluable, priceless knowledge.
