Mike, who was my sales man. Also went above and beyond his job to make me feel comfortable and gave all the information. Very transparent with everything.
Best car buying experience to date. And I have bought a few.

I called for device because I needed to take my cat for some repair, I was on hold to be connected. 4 time the phone was picked up and right away hang off.
If they can not fix the phone issues to give services to customers, can we expect to receive a good service on our cars? Can we really relay on other services?!!!

Took my Sienna because of increased fuel consumption dramatically within a week. They even refused to take a look at it as there was no warning sign. They said Toyota’s system is accurate and never makes a mistake. If there is no warning sign then everything is fine. And when I asked the reason they said that should be a cold weather. I am just surprised if the weather just got cold last week.
I am so mad of their Service and Sorry for Toyota.
