T	Trystan Edgar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This taxi service is absolutely terrible. I scheduled a Taxi 40 minutes in advance, and it didn't arrive until 45 minutes after the scheduled time. When I talked to the drive about it, he said he had only just been dispatched to me. They also have a history of prioritizing high yield customers (going to the airport, you're picked up in 5 minutes. Going across town, 45). Not only that, the drivers don't follow traffic laws and have almost hit me as a pedestrian numerous times. If I could give a 0/5, I would still want to give less
R	Ryan Evanshen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't rate the actual taxi as the taxi driver never did show up. After speaking with a person and establishing a time and address, I assumed try would come. No one came, so I called and left messages. No return call. Maybe they went out of business in the 15 minutes I tired to hire them. That's okay... I simply will use another taxi service in the future.

When the cab finally arrived one hour later no apology was given for being late. Cab was extremely dirty and gross.Driver rude and very disrespectful. Also very overpriced and when I paid 10 dollars for a 4km ride I gave him a 20 and was only given 5 dollars back.
J	Julie Nelson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would NOT recommend Town Taxi. We booked for 2:30 AM ride to Airport. They never showed up. Luckily we found alternative ride. Very scary! Their excuse was they got date mixed up. We had been in touch with them 3 times to confirm times and dates. Not a reliable company.

Will never ever use this cab company again! After waiting 25 minutes yeah, we called back to confirm the cab was coming. They again said the cabin was on the way!

The owner and all of the drivers are awesome. I have had help with my groceries etc as well. They do flat- rate airport service as well, I think! Keep up the awesome work!
